Lucia creates unique meals with the best seasonal organic ingredients made just for you! With In Food We Trust, you can create your own experiences and Lucia will prepare them for you. These include: Free Consultation, Menu planning including special food and intolerances, Suggested meals, Planning, purchase and delivery service.

Personal Chef

Lucia’s Personal Chef experiences start with a Free Consultation. Lucia can then create a full meal plan, shop and prepare it for you in the comfort of your own home.  Whether you are focussing on weight loss, creating meals around food intolerances, wanting to feed your family fresh, beautiful food or are just short time but high on food passion, Lucia creates real food, your way.

As a Personal Chef, Lucia works for families and individuals as live-in service member on holidays, boats, yoga retreats, mobile catering, picnics and cooking facilities of any type or size. You can book Lucia the following ways:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • As required a few times per month to prepare a large variety of meals that are fresh, frozen and ready for reheating.

With In Food We Trust, you can order a range of meal styles that are prepared just the way you need them including:

With In Food we Trust, meal plans can be tailored for whatever food program you are following on or have been advised by your doctor, nutritionist, naturopath or practitioner.

Menu Planning

In order to begin the meal planning process, Lucia will schedule a personal kitchen visit to orient herself with the client’s home. Next steps include:  

  • Client Consultation  
  • Development of a personalised menu 
  • Set a date for your first experience 
  •  Get hungry!

Meal Preparation

Following strict food and sanitation rules and considering dietary restrictions, Lucia’s role is to search, shop and use organic, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Other key elements include:

  • Meals being prepared in the client’s home rather than ahead of time
  • Maintaining hygiene and tidiness of the client’s kitchen clean
  • Food prepared for storage meets all regulations relating to Food Handling and Hygiene
  • Detailed reheating instructions are provided

Pricing

This is an individualised service that allows you to plan your menu, meals, portions and type of food you wish to be served at your table.

  • In Food We Trust Personal Chef service starts at $400 daily rate plus the cost of shopping
  • A detailed quote will be provided according to the client’s needs and amount of food requested
